These terms cover the use of arome.co and the orders we ship from the atelier. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to what follows.
Each order is confirmed by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or if the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will be refunded in full.
Prices are shown in the currency of the site and may change without notice. Payment is taken at checkout through PayPal. We do not store full card details on our servers.
We ship from our Atlantic-coast atelier within five working days of an order being placed. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Opened diffusers and fragrances are not returnable for hygiene reasons, unless faulty. Write to hello@arome.co before sending anything back.
You may not use the site to do anything unlawful, to attempt to disrupt it, or to scrape its content for commercial purposes. The text, images, and design on arome.co belong to Arome and may not be reused without permission.
Our products are intended for ambient fragrance use only. They are not for ingestion, application to skin, or use near open flame. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for it.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the version that applies. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
