Arome is a small atelier on the Atlantic coast. We collect only what we need to send you a parcel, answer a note, or share an occasional letter — nothing more.
When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, email, and the order itself. When you write to us we keep the message and your email so we can reply. When you subscribe to the letter we keep your email — and your name, if you give it.
Order details are used to fulfil and ship your order. Messages are used to answer you. Subscriber emails are used to send the seasonal letter, never more than four times a year. We do not sell, rent, or trade any of it.
Only the few services that help us run the atelier: our payment processor (PayPal), our shipping carrier, our email and hosting providers. Each handles only what is strictly required to do their part.
We use a small number of cookies to remember your cart, your language, and to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You can unsubscribe from the letter at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the data we hold on you by writing to hello@arome.co.
